We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Kelvin Cooler products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
We will accept returns of unused and unwashed items with tags for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment.
If you’re returning an item after the initial 30 days but within 60 days after the original date of purchase, you may exchange the item for another Kelvin Cooler item of equal value. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned 60 days after the original purchase date.

If you want to exchange, just let us know via email, take care of the return shipping, and we will ship your new selection.
HOW TO RETURN
Please email us at brian@kelvincoolers.com to let us know that you will be sending an item to be returned. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return instructions. You drop the items in the mail, and we will refund your purchase.
Customers are responsible for shipping return packages, but for exchanges we will cover the shipping fees back to your address.
Original shipping charges are not refundable. If you received free shipping on your purchase, only the actual postage cost will be deducted from the refund amount. There are no handling fees.
